Inspired by the Japanese Footbridge in Monet’s garden, Christine Dai turns rare gemstones into an artistic language and reinterprets the romantic scenes of Impressionist paintings with jewelry.
The bracelet is set with nearly 100 natural colored sapphires. The pink and blue sapphires form clusters of water lilies in full bloom, surrounded with white sapphires resembling the shimmering light on the lake. Its suspended setting as well as the colorful and layered design fuse color, structure, light and shadows to the extreme.
